The Equity | Impact Center Institute Welcomes Women In Tech PGH as Inaugural Member
Pittsburgh, PA - Women In Tech PGH (WITPGH) is proud to announce its induction as the first member of The Equity | Impact Center Institute (EICI). This strategic alliance underscores WITPGH’s role as a vanguard in researching, designing, and implementing equitable and sustainable workforce development solutions for the technology economy.
The Equity | Impact Center Institute is committed to providing customized support to organizations aiming to enhance their operational effectiveness and programmatic reach while prioritizing equity and sustainability. This partnership with EICI is poised to magnify WITPGH’s transformative impact as they position themselves to address some of the region’s most pressing issues in the field.
In December 2023, WITPGH achieved a significant milestone by graduating from the Full Circle accelerator, a program for nonprofit leadership designed and facilitated by Leigh Solomon Pugliano and hosted by The Equity | Impact Center and SVP Pittsburgh. The culmination of the accelerator included a pivotal opportunity for WITPGH to present its mission and initiatives at Google Pittsburgh, showcasing their unique and effective approach.
