WITPGH Completes Full Circle Nonprofit Leadership Accelerator

Pittsburgh, PAWomen In Tech PGH (WITPGH), a pioneering organization dedicated to reshaping workforce development in the technology sector, has successfully completed the Full Circle Nonprofit Leadership Accelerator Program. This initiative, a collaborative efWomen In Tech PGH (WITPGH)fort by Social Venture Partners (SVP) Pittsburgh and The Equity | Impact Center, is designed to enhance the operational efficiency and financial sustainability of nonprofits in the Pittsburgh region.

Over the course of this three-month program, WITPGH committed hundreds of hours—through late nights and weekends—to refine its strategic approach and mission. The program, facilitated by Leigh Solomon Pugliano, featured intensive workshops, coaching sessions, and networking opportunities that allowed participants to engage with SVP Partners serving as mentors and coaches. These interactions were instrumental in helping WITPGH identify strategic solutions to meet the immediate and long-term challenges faced by the technology industry.

The Full Circle program is renowned for its capacity-building efforts, aiming to increase the overall impact and improve the sustainability of participating nonprofits and their leadership. For WITPGH, this was an opportunity to not only enhance its internal strategies and operations but also to further iterate on its offerings to better serve the community and fill overlooked gaps in the technology workforce.

The program culminated in a pitch-style showcase event held at Google Pittsburgh, where Alison Falk, President and CEO of WITPGH, presented the organization's refined vision and roadmap to a room full of local leaders. This pitch not only highlighted WITPGH’s commitment to its mission but also showcased the significant strides the organization has made in aligning its operations with the needs of a the local tech economy.
